Shipping Fee

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the parcel.

• Customers can view the exact shipping fee before completing their order at checkout.

Shipping Guarantee

• To demonstrate our commitment, LED TOT will refund the shipping cost (or provide a partial refund if shipping was free) on any item that takes longer than the stated time frames to arrive.

• If your order does not arrive within 60 business days, you will receive a FULL refund for that item. This is our promise to you.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

• Due to strict shipping schedules, LED TOT cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been placed. Please double-check your details before submitting your order.

• If an incorrect address was entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change it. In such cases, we must wait to see if the package is returned to us. If returned, we can provide an exchange or a refund.

  • Shipping Timeframes: In rare cases, international shipping may take 4–8 weeks or longer, depending on the destination.

  • Customs Clearance: LED TOT is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

  • Additional Fees: Some countries may require extra shipping fees due to geography or logistics.

• Customer Liability: LED TOT is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country. Customers are fully responsible for such obligations.

• Abandoned Packages: If an order arrives in your country but:

  • The customer refuses to accept the package,

  • The courier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, or

  • The tracking status confirms delivery to the provided address,

  then LED TOT reserves the right to treat the package as abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
