Each personalized product is made to order. Estimated delivery time is:

Processing time: 4–5 business days

Shipping time: 7–14 business days

Total estimated time: 11–19 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, especially for overseas shipments.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Shipping times may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Note: Your order may arrive later than expected, depending on the carrier, but no more than 30 days (from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.) Some packages to remote areas, islands can take up to 45 days. Some packages need to be picked up by the customer at the local post office, please contact to pick up the package when notified.

+ You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order every time! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. You can track your order at this link: Tracking Order

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is after your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this case.

Debit Cards:  We accept debit cards featuring the Mastercard or Visa logo. If you’re paying with a pre-paid debit card, you must register them before using them for online purchases. You can do this by following instructions on the card or contacting their own support teams.

PayPal: PayPal allows members to have a personal account linked to any bank account or credit card for easy payment at checkout.
