The Jordan 3 Retro Sail Cement Grey (Women's) is a shoe for women with metallic design elements.

This version of the Jordan 3 Retro has a paneled Sail white calf leather upper. A white mudguard rounds out the sides of the shoe, and a white support on the heel contains a Cement Grey Air logo with a Jumpman. The toe cap and the heel counter are both formed by Metallic Silver overlays that are somewhat cracked to look like cement. Another gray Jumpman appears on the heel, and the shoe sits atop a white and silver midsole equipped with an Air unit underneath the heel.

What we like best about this shoe is the subtle integration of the transparent Air unit under the heel, which adds a futuristic vibe to the design. The Jordan 3 Retro Sail Cement Grey (Women's) was released on April 12, 2025, for $200.
