Refund policy
At LEDTOT, all products are custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Return Eligibility
We only offer a replacement or refund if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The product was made incorrectly based on your approved order details
Any claim must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
To report an issue, please contact cs@ledtot.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Approved design details after production approval
- Minor color or appearance differences caused by screen settings, mockups, or production variation
Custom Neon Sign Notice
For large neon signs, segmented backing may be used to reduce shipping damage. If a reference image is sent for approval before production, any approved details cannot later be changed, returned, or refunded for that reason.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing and preparation costs.
Orders that have already entered production or shipped cannot be canceled.
Missing Items
Some orders may arrive in separate packages. Please check your shipping confirmation email first.
If an item is missing, contact cs@ledtot.com with your order number, item name, and a photo of the package label.
